I only know of one pre-FM show from this tour, and it’s not technically a recording of a show from the tour itself. Simon’s Movement site lists only one FM broadcast, recorded at Earls Court, London on 13 December 1997. There aren’t even any other soundboard recordings from this tour in circulation as listed on Simon’s site. The one and only pre-FM show was captured during the VH1 Storytellers broadcast, with more info listed below.
It appears that the only other professional recording of a show from this tour is the official DVD release LIVE AND LOOSE IN PARIS, which captured a portion of the show from The Palais Omnisports de Bercy. (A scan of the DVD cover from my personal collection appears below.)
Other than those three shows, there appear to be no other “non-audience” recordings from this tour, but part of me believes that there must be some pre-FM show(s) out there somewhere.

This is a one-off radio special from VH1 presenting Phil’s appearance on the syndicated television show Storytellers. (Phil appeared on the show near the beginning of this tour, during stops between Kansas City, Missouri and San Jose, California.) Host Rachel Perry sets the stage and lets Phil do the rest. Contains the complete performance from that night, plus original commercial blocks. From my personal collection.
